Emulsifiers & Demulsifiers

Amine Polyether Demulsifier

Oil-soluble amine-polyether demulsifier — an amine-and-propylene-oxide additive that breaks oil-water emulsions and speeds water separation in lubricating oils that come into contact with water, with a trace of nitrogen for added antioxidancy and synergy with succinic-acid rust inhibitors.

Barium Petroleum Sulfonate

Oil-soluble barium petroleum sulfonate (CAS 61790-48-5), the strongest sulfonate rust-preventive cation, with demulsibility and a passing ASTM D1748 humidity-cabinet result — for rust-preventive oils, slushing/sealing oils, greases and dual-purpose lubricant + anti-rust formulations.

Rust Inhibitors

Benzotriazole (BTA)

High-purity benzotriazole (CAS 95-14-7, 99.9% GC) — the standard copper and yellow-metal deactivator, forming a passivating Cu–BTA film. For rust-preventive oils, metalworking fluids, antifreeze and water-cooling systems; soluble in oil, water and alcohol.

Corrosion Inhibitors & Metal Deactivators

Benzotriazole Derivative (Oil-Soluble Metal Deactivator)

Oil-soluble benzotriazole derivative metal deactivator (CCI51) — an ash-free, liquid copper corrosion inhibitor (an aminomethyl/Mannich tolyltriazole derivative) that passivates copper and yellow metals and is synergistic with phenolic antioxidants such as BHT; for many lubricant types. Avoid direct contact with ZDDP.

Butylated Hydroxytoluene (BHT)

Butylated hydroxytoluene (BHT, CAS 128-37-0; trade synonym T501) — a 99.9%-pure solid hindered-phenolic primary antioxidant that scavenges free radicals to give cost-effective oxidation protection across many lubricants, fuels and greases.

Rust Inhibitors

Calcium Dinonylnaphthalenesulfonate (Barium-Free)

Neutral, barium-free synthetic calcium dinonylnaphthalenesulfonate (CAS 57855-77-3) — Ca 2.1%, inert and additive-compatible with demulsibility and an ASTM D1748 humidity-cabinet pass. The environmentally friendly, heavy-metal-free rust inhibitor for modern rust-preventive, gear, hydraulic and metalworking oils.

Foam Inhibitors & Defoamers

Compound Lubricant Defoamer (Acrylate-Based)

Acrylate-based compound lubricant defoamer (grades T9100 & T9200) that controls foam with low impact on air-release values and needs no dilution; T9200 is tuned for oils containing sulfonate detergents. ppm dosing.

Viscosity Index Improvers

Ethylene-Propylene Copolymer (EPM) Viscosity Index Improver

Solid ethylene-propylene copolymer (EPM) base polymer for viscosity index improvers — amorphous olefin-copolymer bales the blender dissolves in oil to make a custom OCP viscosity modifier, in a shear-stable low-Mooney grade (J0010) and a higher-thickening grade (J0050).

Antioxidants

High Molecular Weight Phenolic Antioxidant

Liquid high-molecular-weight phenolic antioxidant (AO135, CAS 125643-61-0) — a 100%-active, low-volatility hindered-phenol ester that controls deposits and piston cleanliness and protects long-drain TBN; recommended with the aminic AO57 (heterosynergism) in engine and industrial oils.

Viscosity Index Improvers

Liquid Olefin Copolymer (OCP) Viscosity Modifier

Ready-to-blend liquid olefin copolymer (OCP) viscosity modifier — a polymer-in-oil concentrate that builds high-temperature viscosity and viscosity index, supplied in four shear-stability grades (SSI 20–45) from general multigrade thickening to severe-duty, stay-in-grade performance.

Viscosity Index Improvers

Low-Molecular-Weight Polyisobutylene (PIB)

Low-molecular-weight polyisobutylene (PIB) — a non-toxic, non-drying liquid polymer used as a tackifier and viscosity / thickening additive, supplied in five molecular-weight grades (Mn 680–3500) from light VI and 2-stroke grades to high-tack anti-fling and adhesive grades.

Extreme Pressure Additives

Methylenebis(dibutyldithiocarbamate)

Ashless methylenebis(dibutyldithiocarbamate) (T7723, CAS 10254-57-6) — a metal-free sulfur–nitrogen extreme-pressure / antiwear additive (S 30%) that is also a secondary antioxidant, giving high-temperature oxidation and wear protection in low-phosphorus engine oils, gear oils, turbine oils and greases.

Mixed Phenols Antioxidant

Liquid mixed phenolic antioxidant (AO52) — a pourable blend of 2,6-di-tert-butyl-4-methylphenol (BHT) and 2,6-di-tert-butylphenol with oxidation performance comparable to BHT but easier liquid handling (fluid to −30 °C); for low-end industrial and turbine oils.

Friction Modifiers

Molybdenum Dialkyldithiocarbamate (MoDTC)

Phosphorus-free molybdenum dialkyldithiocarbamate (MoDTC, MO10S) — an oil-soluble organomolybdenum friction modifier, Mo 10% / S 11%, that decomposes to low-friction MoS₂ at the rubbing contact to cut the friction coefficient and add antiwear and antioxidant protection in fuel-economy engine oils.

Neutral Barium Dinonylnaphthalenesulfonate

Neutral synthetic barium dinonylnaphthalenesulfonate (CAS 25619-56-1) — Ba 6.7%, inert and additive-compatible with measured demulsibility (ASTM D1401, 10 min) — a low-treat rust inhibitor for EP gear, hydraulic and turbine oils, greases and rust-preventive fluids.

Nitrogen-Containing Borate Ester

An ashless borate ester lubricant additive that protects against wear, carries load and reduces friction without contributing sulfur, phosphorus, halogen or metal — with the nitrogen that stops a borate ester hydrolysing.

Antioxidants

Octylated Butylated Diphenylamine

Liquid octylated/butylated diphenylamine (AO57, CAS 68411-46-1) — a high-nitrogen (4.58%) aminic primary antioxidant, TBN 198, that traps free radicals at high temperature and synergises with phenolic antioxidants and ZDDP in industrial, turbine, automotive and heat-transfer oils.

Friction Modifiers

Organomolybdenum Complex (S/P-Free)

Sulfur- and phosphorus-free organomolybdenum complex (MO60N) — an oil-soluble molybdenum-amine friction modifier, Mo 6.28% / N 1.83%, that forms a low-friction molybdenum tribofilm for fuel economy and antiwear in modern low-SAPS engine oils; works on its own or in synergy with ZDDP.

Rust Inhibitors

Overbased Barium Dinonylnaphthalenesulfonate

Overbased synthetic barium dinonylnaphthalenesulfonate (CAS 25619-56-1) — Ba 11.0%, TBN 45 — a low-treat rust inhibitor whose colloidal barium-carbonate reserve also neutralises acidic corrosion by-products. For rust-preventive, mill and slushing oils; use neutral B1SA in EP systems.

Detergents & TBN Boosters

Overbased Calcium Sulfonate

Super-high-TBN overbased calcium sulfonate detergent — TBN 415 mgKOH/g with 15.85% calcium, delivering the maximum acid-neutralisation reserve per unit treat for heavy-duty diesel, marine and high-sulphur-fuel additive packages.

Foam Inhibitors & Defoamers

Polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) Silicone Defoamer

Polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) silicone defoamer (G1000) — a very-low-surface-tension silicone fluid that rapidly knocks down surface foam at ppm dosing in lubricant, industrial and process oils; supplied in viscosity grades from 20 to 1000 mm²/s.

Emulsifiers & Demulsifiers

Polyether Demulsifier

Oil-soluble non-ionic polyether (EO/PO) demulsifier — enhances oil-water separation at very low treat and also helps suppress foaming, particularly suited to marine and industrial lubricating oils exposed to water.

Tackiness & Adhesive Additives

Polyisobutylene (PIB) Tackifier

Low-molecular-weight polyisobutylene (PIB) tackifier — the non-toxic "stick-on-metal" adhesion additive that keeps open-gear, chain and wire-rope lubricants clinging under load and resists fling-off, in five molecular-weight grades (Mn 680–3500) from light tack to maximum anti-fling.

Polyisobutylene Succinic Anhydride (PIBSA)

Chlorine-free polyisobutylene succinic anhydride (PIBSA) — a highly active, ashless emulsifier for metalworking fluids (good emulsification, hard-water resistance, low foam) and the classic precursor to PIB succinimide dispersants.

Pour Point Depressants

Polymethacrylate (PMA) Pour Point Depressant

Oil-soluble polymethacrylate (PMA) pour point depressant (grades PPD02 & PPD02S) that improves low-temperature flow by controlling wax crystallisation; the high-viscosity PPD02S also lifts viscosity index for multigrade oils. For engine, industrial, hydraulic and gear oils.

Foam Inhibitors & Defoamers

Silicone-Free Compound Foam Inhibitor

Silicone-free compound foam inhibitor built from organic polymers — zero silicone, no PDMS carryover — so it does not affect the oil's air-release value. Colorless liquid, density 800 kg/m³, flash point 90 °C, added without dilution at 20–200 ppm. For systems where any silicone is unacceptable.

Metalworking Fluid Additives

Sodium Petroleum Sulfonate

Petroleum (natural) sodium sulfonate rust inhibitor and emulsifier for soluble and semi-synthetic metalworking fluids, supplied in four grades (N50E / N50 / N50S / N65) spanning emulsification to maximum rust prevention, plus a higher-purity N65 grade at 65.5% sodium sulfonate for applications wanting a more concentrated actives content.

Extreme Pressure Additives

Sulfurized Isobutylene

High-activity sulfurized isobutylene (CAS 68511-50-2) — 45% sulfur, chlorine-free, made by a high-pressure synthesis process for higher extreme-pressure and wear performance. A primary EP additive for automotive and industrial gear oils; P_D weld load 650 (ASTM D2596, 3%).

Extreme Pressure Additives

Sulfurized Olefin

High-active-sulfur sulfurized olefin — 38.5% total sulfur (38% active), low-odor and light-coloured, used as a sulfur-carrier EP additive in water- and oil-based metalworking fluids and gear oils; weld point 320 kg (ASTM D2783).

Corrosion Inhibitors & Metal Deactivators

Thiadiazole Derivative (Oil-Soluble Metal Deactivator)

Oil-soluble thiadiazole (DMTD) derivative metal deactivator (CCI61) — an ash-free copper corrosion inhibitor that passivates copper and other yellow metals and suppresses corrosion by reactive sulfur at very low treat (copper-strip 1A), with good oxidation resistance, for engine, industrial, grease and metalworking oils.

Extreme Pressure Additives

Triphenyl Phosphorothioate (TPPT)

Ashless (metal-free) triphenyl phosphorothioate (TPPT, CAS 597-82-0) — a 99.5%-pure white-flake EP/antiwear additive with 9.0% phosphorus and 9.3% sulfur, giving excellent wear resistance, antioxidancy and high thermal stability for ashless antiwear hydraulic, transmission and turbine oils.

Zinc Dialkyldithiophosphate (Primary Alkyl)

Multifunctional primary-alkyl zinc dialkyldithiophosphate (ZDDP) antiwear additive — antiwear, antioxidant and corrosion protection for engine, hydraulic and gear oils and greases, in a standard (SPZS-S1) and a long-chain, hydrolytically stable (SPZS-L1) grade.
