Chemical additive manufacturer and sourcing partner — lubricant additives, fuel additives, metalworking, mining, and oilfield chemistry. Jinzhou, China, since 2013.
The company name is two Chinese characters: 诚 (chéng, integrity) and 化 (huà, chemistry). That’s the premise — that rigorous chemistry and straightforward business are the same discipline, not separate ones.
CheMost has been supplying lubricant additives and specialty chemicals to blenders, formulators, and industrial chemical buyers since 2013. We manufacture core product lines at our Jinzhou facility and work with specialist producers across China for the remainder of our portfolio.
Our product range covers the full input spectrum of lubricant formulation — from individual additive components to complete packages ready for treat-rate blending.
Additive components: detergents, dispersants, ZDDP, antioxidants, friction modifiers, viscosity index improvers, pour point depressants, and corrosion inhibitors. Building blocks for formulators who blend from scratch.
Additive packages: engine oil (PCMO, HDDO, motorcycle), hydraulic fluid, gear oil, compressor, and transmission packages. Pre-balanced and treat-rate-ready.
Specialty chemicals: fuel additives, metalworking fluid additives, mining chemicals, and oilfield drilling chemicals — smaller-volume, application-specific chemistry with dedicated technical support.

CheMost manufactures its core additive lines at our Jinzhou production facility. For specialist products outside our direct production scope, we source from vetted producers across China’s chemical industry and act as the supply, quality, and documentation interface between the producer and the end customer.
This means our customers deal with one contact for sourcing, one quality standard to qualify, and one documentation set per product — regardless of where in the supply chain a given product was made.
We export to customers worldwide. Our buyers include independent lubricant blenders, metalworking fluid formulators, mining companies, and oilfield service providers.
Our team includes formulation chemists. We review customer formulations, suggest additive combinations, and help validate treat rates — before a trial order, not after a production problem.
TDS, SDS, and batch COA are standard with every shipment. If a product has a known limitation in a particular application, we flag it at the sampling stage.
New customers need to qualify products before committing volume. Trial quantities are available with the same documentation as production orders.
Our facility is in Jinzhou, Liaoning Province — a coastal industrial city within northeast China’s petrochemical corridor, with proximity to Panjin’s raw material base and access to major northern ports.
Shipments move via Tianjin, Dalian, and Jinzhou ports depending on destination and volume. Packaging options: 200L steel drums, 1,000L IBCs, and flexitanks for liquid bulk. FCL and LCL available. Standard lead time is 15–25 working days from order confirmation.
We’re a working partner, not a catalog house. Tell us what you’re formulating or sourcing and our technical team will respond within 12 hours.
Contact Our TeamBoth, and we’re direct about it. We manufacture our core additive lines at our Jinzhou facility. For products outside our direct production scope, we source from specialist Chinese producers and take responsibility for quality and documentation. We can tell you clearly which category any given product falls into — and what that means for lead times, minimum quantities, and traceability.
For most additive components and packages, the trial MOQ is 1 drum (200L). Regular order MOQ is typically 1 IBC (1,000L). Specialty chemicals may differ depending on production batch scale. Contact us with your specific product and we’ll confirm exact figures.
Yes. Our formulation chemists can review your base formulation, suggest additive substitutions, and help validate treat rates against your target viscosity grade and performance specification. We have experience with API SN/SP, ACEA, and common OEM-aligned specs. The most useful time to involve us is before you place a trial order — contact us with your application details.
We ship to customers worldwide. Shipments leave via Tianjin, Dalian, or Jinzhou Port depending on destination. We handle full export documentation including HS code classification, GHS-compliant SDS, and REACH pre-registration documentation for EU-bound product lines.
Tell us what you need — pricing, a TDS and a sample option, back to you within one business day.
