Factory & Capabilities

Jinzhou production facility — 20+ reactor vessels, 20,000 MT annual capacity. Bulk liquid and packaged chemical export from northeast China.

Our Manufacturing Facility

CheMost factory in Jinzhou, China

CheMost operates a dedicated lubricant additive manufacturing facility in Jinzhou, Liaoning Province. The plant is designed exclusively for additive production — not a general chemical plant running multiple unrelated categories.

The facility covers reaction, blending, quality testing, and warehousing under one operational site. This means we control every step from raw material intake to outbound shipment without handoffs between separate locations.

Annual production capacity exceeds 20,000 metric tons. We run 20+ reaction vessels configured for the synthesis and blending requirements of lubricant additive chemistry.

Production Capabilities

Additive Component Synthesis

Reaction-based manufacturing for additive components including sulfonated, phosphated, and nitrogen-containing chemistries. 20+ vessels configured for batch production at pilot and full scale.

Additive Package Blending

Temperature-controlled blending for multi-component additive packages. Heated mixing for high-viscosity components, with inline checks at each blending stage before release.

Specialty Chemical Processing

Dedicated production lines for emulsifier packages, mining chemicals, and oilfield additives. Separate handling protocols for moisture-sensitive and reactive intermediates.

Warehousing & Packaging

Finished goods are stored in a climate-appropriate warehouse with segregated zones for standard and regulated chemical inventory. We maintain buffer stock on high-velocity SKUs to reduce lead times for established customers.

Packaging formats available for export:

  • 200L Steel Drums — standard export packaging for most additive products
  • 1,000L IBC (Intermediate Bulk Container) — for higher volumes with reduced packaging waste
  • Flexitank — liquid bulk, FCL only, cost-effective for high-volume regular orders
  • 25kg Bags / Small Drums — for solid additives and trial quantities

Quality Control in Production

Every production batch undergoes in-process and finished-goods testing against the product specification before release.

In-Process Testing

Reaction conversion monitoring, pH and acid value checks at key stages, viscosity and density verification, and appearance grading throughout the production cycle.

Finished Goods Testing

TBN/TAN titration, elemental analysis (Zn, P, S, Ca, Mg), kinematic viscosity at 40°C and 100°C, flash point, and pour point — standard release criteria per product specification.

Documentation Per Batch

Certificate of Analysis (COA), Safety Data Sheet (SDS), Technical Data Sheet (TDS), and full shipping documentation provided per shipment. SGS pre-shipment inspection available on request.

Export Logistics

Port Access

Jinzhou is 45 km from Jinzhou Port. Tianjin and Dalian ports are also available, offering flexibility for different trade lane and consolidation requirements.

REACH & Compliance Documentation

Exports to the EU are supported with REACH pre-registration documentation. SDS files are GHS-compliant and formatted for air and sea freight classification requirements.

Lead Times

Stocked products: 15–20 working days from order confirmation. Custom blends or non-stock items: lead time confirmed at quotation. Samples: 5–10 working days.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can we audit the CheMost facility before placing a large order?

Yes. We accommodate qualified customer audits for significant sourcing relationships. Contact us in advance to arrange a date and specify your quality management requirements. We can also prepare documentation packages — production records, testing procedures, COA samples — to support remote desk audits as an alternative to on-site visits.

What packaging formats are available for export?

Standard export packaging is 200L steel drums and 1,000L IBCs. Flexitank is available for bulk liquid via FCL. Trial quantities are available in smaller drums or bottles. All export packaging is GHS-labeled for hazard communication compliance.

Do you offer custom blending or toll manufacturing?

CheMost focuses on manufacturing its own product range rather than toll processing. For customers with established formulas who need a consistent supply partner in China, we can discuss custom blending arrangements on a case-by-case basis. Contact us with your technical specifications.

What is the typical lead time from order to shipment?

For stocked products, standard lead time is 15–20 working days after payment and order confirmation. For custom or non-stock items, lead time is confirmed at the quotation stage. We maintain buffer stock on high-frequency products for established customers with urgent requirements.
