GHS Safety Data Sheets, TSCA documentation, export control classification, and customs documentation for importing CheMost chemical additives.
CheMost provides regulatory documentation for international chemical trade. This page summarizes the compliance frameworks most commonly required by importers of lubricant and specialty chemical additives, and explains what documentation we can provide to support your import, registration, and compliance requirements.
The frameworks below cover the regulatory questions raised most frequently by our customers across international markets.
Safety Data Sheets in GHS format are provided as standard at the sampling stage and with every shipment. All SDS follow the 16-section UN GHS structure and are issued in English.
SDS are prepared and maintained by CheMost’s in-house technical team. Country-specific format adaptations may be available on request — contact us at the qualification stage to confirm.
The Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) regulates the import of chemical substances into the United States. Primary TSCA compliance responsibility rests with the US importer of record.
CheMost can provide substance identity and CAS information to support your TSCA import compliance review. Contact us with the specific product reference and intended application before the first import.
Export Control Classification Numbers (ECCN) under the US Export Administration Regulations may apply to chemical products depending on composition and end-use. Buyers are responsible for confirming ECCN status and applicable export licence requirements for their specific import destination.
CheMost can provide product composition information to support your export compliance review. Contact us with the specific product reference and destination before the first shipment.
The following documents are prepared per shipment and provided as standard with every export order.
Every batch is checked against the product TDS before shipment is authorised. A Certificate of Analysis (COA) confirming test results against specification is issued per batch and provided as standard with every order.
Tell us the product, destination market, and document format required. Our technical team responds within 12 hours.
Request DocumentationEU REACH compliance (registration, evaluation, authorisation) is the responsibility of the EU importer — your company or your EU-based importer of record. As a non-EU manufacturer, CheMost is not directly subject to REACH registration requirements. We provide SDS, substance composition information, and substance identity documentation to support your REACH obligations. Contact us for specific substance information requests.
Standard SDS are issued in English following the 16-section UN GHS format. For country-specific adaptations — EU CLP format, US HazCom 2012, or other national requirements — please request this at the sampling or qualification stage. We can provide adapted SDS for most major export markets.
TSCA inventory status varies by product and specific substance. Contact us with the product reference and we will provide substance identity and CAS information to support your TSCA compliance review. US importers should confirm inventory status with their compliance team before the first import shipment.
